where to get a bow filler cushion in MA?

I did bring the boat to him for measurements. He's great. Not sure what your fall upgrades are going to be but cushions...there not cheap. Bow cushion (depending on how its drawn out) will probably be somewhere around $1000-1200.

Looking for Bow Cushions & for AFT JUMP SEAT BACK REST cushions

I was looking for both as well at one point. I had a bow cushion made by a canvas company that took measurements of my '06 222, cost $1200 and came out better than factory. You might think of asking a canvas show to make a combing pad back for the jump seat. Finding both of these items for a...

    Rain water?

Recently I was inspecting the bow access plates and found sitting water on the foam again. It collects in these little pockets and is about an inch or so deep. I found a drip from the fresh water fill and the plastic tube is wet. Reaching up inside I could feel it was all wet and I saw drips...

    228 livewell question

I always run with the live well shut on my 222. I always flex that seacock every time I go to the boat as well...I think it’s good practice. my raw water wash down doesn’t want to go 90 degrees to the valve...not sure if it’s the angle I’m trying to push it at or what. Moves a little bit but...

    Rain water?

Found out what the constant bilge water was after running the boat pretty hard today...a hose on my raw water pump that comes from the seacock wasn’t screwed in! I noticed that while I was under way the bilge kept bailing and bailing. Got back to the dock and the house battery/transom well was...

    Rain water?

I just spoke with my marina where all the work was done. They said its not unusual to have a bit of condensation on the fuel tank, under the fuel tank or in any of the access plates. They said that fiberglass and fuel tanks tend to perspire with cool nights and warmer days...

    Rain water?

so to get at the plug that separates the fuel tank area and the bilge...how do I locate? Is it difficult to take out/put back in? Or is there another way to get the water out?

    Rain water?

I went back last night to check it out again. I think it’s rain water...not coming from the anchor locker. I think it’s coming from the access panels, literally only in like a 3x3 little puddle. Everything else was dry as a bone. As far as the bilge area, the bilge didn’t have any more excess...

    Rain water?

Hi All, I just recently splashed my 222 the other week. I was doing a bit of cleaning/checking the bilge and noticed I have standing water in my access holes that are on the vertical part of my bow. I know its fresh water...as I tasted it :) I also noticed that below my fuel tank I can see...

Transom Rebuild - The Saga Begins

Will you be documenting the process when your boat gets to the fiberglass shop? I am eager to see what it is like, what kinds of decisions are to be made & if your situation could be a good reference point for others with potential similar transom concerns.

I myself will also send tight lines and best wishes your way. Hopefully the transom inst as bad as thought to be. Hopefully it is just the spots you are concerned about and a new bang cap that need replacing.
