Yes trim tabs are a must. If it is a newer model they were standard I think.

200 hours since last service? I change my LU oil when I change my engine oil at 100 hours. No chance of an insurance claim due to it being a failed seal. They won't cover mechanical failures. Glad it was not the power head.

The 222 will do fine in that chop. I had an 07' and it was a nice ride. Much heavier than that sea Pro. Will be night and day difference IMO.

You may not have enough skeg left to get the skeg guard to adhere properly. Take it to a prop shop they can weld a new skeg on.

Was on the Grady website poking around and saw the new choices of hull colors. Wondered if anybody has one yet. Really hate to see them to go this actually. Something about that classic off white gelcoat that I love.

At my marina they help tie me up and hand me the pump. They get me a barrel of ice as well so I tip $5. Usually $10 for getting me frozen bait and the ice. Like others have said attitude is everything. Ofcourse it dose not hurt that they are usually cute girls in tight shorts. 8)
