    Once in a while I tie up in a small harbor that has a lot of boats running diesel generators and get a black scum at the waterline. I've found that the cheap degreaser in a black jug sold at Home Depot takes it right off.

    Re: Sea Tow or Boat US out of the Wilmington / Southport are I have used both but Towboat is based out of my home marina so I've been with them for a while. They also offer better tow service back from the Bahamas unless Sea Tow has changed.

    Yamaha No Start Problem

    My friend has 2 250 OX 66 both engines run fine all the time. Cranked up for the boat parade & port wouldn't start. Went thru fuel, spark and cutoff circuit no problems. Turned out to be a fuel pump relay. I'm adding one to my spare parts kit.

    Maintenance on this product is costly and endless. I am thinking of converting the flush system back to manual. Has anyone done this? For those with the manual flush what are your experiences with ease of use, flushing ability and maintenance requirements?
