Has anyone ever replaced the generator on their 2003 Marlin? If so, what type did you use and how bad a job was it? My Kohler 5E has been nothing but problems!

Does anyone know what size anchor rope and chain is needed to replace the original one on a Grady White 2003 Marlin windlass? I know it is specific but can't find it on the unit.

Does anyone know where I can find replacement vinyl floor moulding for my 2003 Marlin? It had a self stick backing that no longer holds. I would rather replace than attempt to re glue.

Wouldn't try it. I had Gorman in Panama City put me in a 15k in Baypoint canal...love it.

I had the exact same issue. I opted to have the welding done. The shop here at Treasure Island marina in Panama City Fl did a great job and three years later plus 200 more hours on my twin Yamaha 225s with no problem. I did get the full exhaust repair kit from SIM Yamaha. Well worth the money...

Does anyone know where I can purchase a new dome/spreader light and switch combo for my 2003 Marlin 300. Mine works occasionally. I think it has a short in it or corroded.

I talked to the Fischer Panda people at the 2016 Miami boat show. They told me they did not make a model that would fit the space in my boat.Grady White has me backed into a corner.

I have a 2003 Marlin. I have replaced the starter on the Kohler gas generator 2 times in 3 years. The space is very limited for any other brand. Has anyone else had a similar issue and how did you solve it? It would not be so bad it the starter were easily accessible.

Good luck with the $1500 price. SIM Yamaha sells the kit with oil pump for around $1200. no mechanic will do it for $300 labor not to mention the other worn or corroded parts they may encounter, cost of oil and filter and sea trial. I hope they get that cost in writing ahead of time!

My cabin carpet in my 2003 Marlin is worn out. Does anyone know where I can get a replacement carpet with non skid backing to replace it. I do not want to use any peel and stick product like sea dek because if I want to remove it, that would be very difficult.

I had a similar issue and placed the Taco telescoping outriggers in the Lee holders mounted on the side of the cabin. I had to come up with a makeshift adapter sleeve as one is not made. The outrigger unhinges and lays down.
