Didn't get an explanation, just a long block. They did change the flywheel on the other engine also. They also took care of some additional charges not covered. Got it back last week.. Now I'm dealing with an oil leak... Dealer issue.
Are you sure it's discharging? I assume the '07s have the new style without the macerator. I had an issue with my '08. Pump ran but no discharge. They have what they call a "duck valve" on each side of the pump. If you turn the discharge pump on before you open the valve it inverts the valve...
No Clue... Was out all day. Ran around 150 miles total. Last stop when I left, something didn't sound right. We pulled the cover and the rubber ring on the balancer had broke loose. Thought maybe it was just the flywheel. Limped back the last 8 miles on one engine.(no it won't plane on one...
Well, I have bad news..... One of my 350's broke a crank Thursday.... 350hrs, I guess they aren't bullet proof. New powerhead I guess. I'll know Monday. Really sucks...
Just gotta qoute...$5700..This is to do like OEM. Pull box, wrap in copper, insulate, install 110VAC water/air cooled unit. ... To much for me..I can buy a lot of ice for that.. Next boat! Live and Learn.
I've had it loaded pretty good. Not 7 guys! I don't know where I would put 'em! But rods, ice (not 600lb!), gear including life raft..full fuel etc. Still able to hold that 1.1 pretty good.
All I can tell ya is make sure you try it before you epoxy in. I'll post the pictures of it in the aft bilge next week after the weekend on the boat. The box is (2) still epoxied in the aft berth bilge.. Couldn't get it out, ended up buying a new box to mount it in.....Twice..cause I didn't...
I think I posted on another thread about mine. I have an M260.. I mounted it in the aft berth bilge as Grady directed me on my new 33 express. Couldn't hold bottom at all while underway. After moving it twice with still no good results , we finally installed it in aft bilge area on the first...
Don't get me going on this one!! I have a 2008 Grady 33 Express. I had a Furuno dealer installed a Furuno NavNet2 with the 1KW transducer. We called Grady to get a recommendation as to where the transducer should go. They recommended right where you have yours. Midship in the aft berth bilge...
Yeah, that link is the one I installed 2nd.
I installed the first right on the front edge of the hard top. I have a buddy with a 36 he had the same problem. He made a shield he mounted under neath the light that protudes out about 6 or 8 inches all around the light to keep the reflection off...
I installed one on my 33 '08 hard top. I don't know if they are all the same. The power strip is right inside the electonics cabinet attached to the hardtop. The wiring just goes to the strip mounted in the starboard cabinet. straight shot. Since the remote is wireless it mounts anywhere. The 12...
I have all Furuno equipment in my 2008 33 express. I also asked about the 3D. They told me mid summer!! I opted for the Nav Net with Radar, FF, Sirius weather and a TR-1 Auto pilot. I have 2 -10" screens. I have a back up unit -a 1197SI Combo by Humminbird with 10" screen mounted in the...
