Not sure if I am my situation will be helpful - went from a 208 to a 330. Obviously there is no comparision between the boats. We sea trialed a 305, but the decion to go with the 330 was easy. There is much more room on the 330 & it rides noticable better.

No, you are set up correctly. To make the bow go down and left the starboard tab needs to lower. Said another way the lights represent the position of the tab on the said side of the boat, where as the buttons are on the side of the boat that you want to "trim".

Thinking of converting to the through gunnel set up for my out riggers this year. Not sure where the best spot is to mount the came cleat as it seems the under gunnel rod holders would be in the way. Any suggestions/pictures? Thanks, Matt

Any chance you have an aluminum trailer? Aluminum, brass, bronze are non magnetizable thus should not influence your compass reading. Normally, to get the best results all magnetizable materials not normally in the boat when in use should be kept away.

I think you would get better results away from the dock & definitely away from the trailer.

Compass deviation may vary depending on your heading in addition to the eqiupment and electronics that are in use. Be sure to understand the deviation at least at N, S, E & W headings with your normal equipment & electronics load.
