I would try to remove the deckwing insert forward of the L-shaped lounge seat in the port cockpit right before the cabin doorway. This would not be too difficult and there may be enough clearance to reach around inside the cabin. Hope this helps!

We use Birdsall Marine euro holder for this application. Very nice product our customers have been extremely happy with. As for thru bolting them we drill through the fix box a 1.5" hole to gain access and then use Grady colored plugs we get from the factory. Part number 11-133 and run $2.95...

The new style that Grady is now using have a better screen system than the old ones with their one single plastic bar (see pictures). They are the exact same dimensions as the old ones to fit in the existing hole. Part number for them is 11-547 and normally run $55.95. Hope this helps! Joshua...
