2004 Grady 232 Questions:

Posting for my father in law. He is trying to get the armrests re covered but cannot figure out how to remove them. Suggestions?

Next question is he is looking to an install an inverter and needs suggestions on how to hook up the ground.

There are also images online of marine inverter wiring diagrams. Requirements vary depending on the existing boat wiring that may include isolaters.

If it is a Deluxe 1 helm, ladder back style. you will have to remove the seat from the pedestal then remove the spider from the seat, you will then be able to remove the aluminum arm rest holder from the base of the seat. If the rubber armrests are just moldy and not deteriorating you can use SEM Marine Vinyl Coat M25073 Off-White and spray them with a few coats until to mold does not show any longer.
