Sounds like VST filters could be clogged . It doesn't take much also check out you low pressure fuel pumps while your at it. They should be changed every few hundred hours just as preventative maintanence not a big expense. Good luck

I have a 2000 gulfstream and my saltwater pump and freshwater pumps are both mounted on the transom port side. The raw water pump for my livewell is in the bilge next to the pickup for the saltwater washdown. Take a look its probably the same setup as yours good luck
