Electronics box on 2000 Gulfstream size

I'm looking to buy 2 GPS/fishfinder units for my 2000 232. The boat is currently wrapped so I don't have access to measure.
What size units can I fit side by side on that box? Would 2 Lowrance HDS-7's (7" screen) fit side by side? I understand all units are different but I'd like to hear what you Gulfstream owners have mounted in there.

Mine is currently wrapped also but I had measured mine in the fall because I'm looking to upgrade electronics. if my memory serves me correctly the inside measurements are 9" high and I pretty sure was 20" across. These are inside measurements with cover closed it would be a little bigger if you remove acrylic door and flush mount electronics onto a piece of starboard. Not sure if this is any help maybe someone with more info can help.
