I replaced mine last spring with a DB Electric motor. Spray painted it Yamaha grey. It worked great. We'll see how long it holds up.

I need to change my live-well/wash down hose and was wondering if anyone knows what type of hose Grady uses. It looks to be like a small diameter heavy duty exhaust type hose, kind of rigid. Its routed under the deck to the cabin where the pump is located so it needs to be durable. Any suggestions?

Just pulled the gas tank out of my 86 Seafarer with my brother-in-laws help (thanks makoman2). To our surprise the tank didn't look that bad, just dirty and some light oxidation where the rubber strips touched the bottom of it. I am going to have it pressure tested tomorrow and if it passes...

I purchased a sewing machine on ebay and used the original bimini as a pattern. It turned out great and it wasn't hard to do. Saved alot of money. Also copied the full enclosure with new vinyl, zippers and snaps. Just another option.

Ive been having problems with my tach recently. My RPMs on the tach will change by almost 1200 rpms but I hear no difference in the sound (pitch) of the engine. I don't think I spun the hub cause I would hear the difference in the pitch. . The tach is a dial type Faria and was installed new...
