Sparkdog118, can you elaborate on how you access the bolts on the Grady 228? E.G. does the livewell need to be removed for that ?

I checked the tension it made no difference to the stiffness, I went ahead and ordered the Teleflex Xtreme cables. thanks for all your help, you guys rock.

Hi All, I have a sticky control shifter/throttle. Does anyone know the length of the Grady 228 G with the Grady bracket I need to order? I've been reading other threads mentioning Teleflex cables to replace them with, what's your experience with these cables and are they better than Yamaha...

Acetone did the trick took the chalkiness right off then put on extreme tire shine with a cloth. Look brand new. Thanks again all

Thanks, Verowing. I updated the original question, I meant to add in there that I needed the wiper arm and wiper blade, if anyone has any knowledge of where to get that stainless wiper arm that would be great. Thanks!

Thanks Greydusk l'll be sure to order the wiper blade from there, I will be measuring the existing one first as I have only on wiper on the drivers side, do you know where I could get the replacement wiper arm?

They strip the original part which they told me is aluminium then put two coats of nickel on then chrome the whole piece. It cost $50 per rod holder. The tarnish was really bugging me so I happily paid it. It was going to cost more to powder coat them.
