Interesting that your top end is higher than mine-- Could be conditions, weight but i am not seeing over 31 knots at 5600 rpms--Also, your mpg seems a bit better--How mucha re your engines trimmed ?
5600 was pinned-- It was turning 30.9 knots at a shade over 1.0/ mpg--
My cruise is really 4800-5200 turning 26-28 knots at ~1.1/ mpg
Same rigged boat--outriggers, bottom paint, fuel, water, 4 people, 200# ice, full gear, etc.
Pablor-- I will post a picture of my rigger set up but no problem running the line to the side of the boat-- I use roller troller clips and double rig (one to each side) my center rigger--
I think the easiest is to run the halyards to the hardtop vertical rod holders (I run mine to the second from the top)-- If you look at the rod holder, there should be a very small hole in the base-- I rigged a very stainless carabiner/ shackle through the hole and rigged all of my cords to this...
When will the 366 center debut ? I would expect summer of 2009 (next year) but who knows with current economic conditions--
Anyone have the inside scoop ?
My guess is that the 330 will handle better around the docks than the single engine 23-- With bow thruster and twins that are fairly offset, the 330 handles very well in tight confines---
I thought the major weight shift was to the F350 not the F250-- I think the F 250 is only a few #'s more than the F225 (which would have come on that year rig)--Obviously re-enforced transom for the F350's--
My guess is the 366 will be introduced in boat year 2010/2011 (July 2009)---Twin 350's would be a great match for a 36 CC considering they are now pushing 350's on the 360--
I used Bob Eldridge in Wilmington. NC--

BobP makes a good point-- A 29 Regulator will probably be a bit better in a hard sea than the 28 Grady-- The difference is that you have an extra 1' or so of beam on the deep v guys-- I remember when i had the 283 and the first few outings were wetter than expected (coming from a 22')-- After i...
