I have the same problem with my 2001 265.

wow look at the hardtop it looks like it landed on the top as the rails are bent and then filpped back over? Wow that must have been one bad a$$ wind.

I have the same set up on my 265, and its in the same place, why should I keep them both closed while I am running?

I have the 265 and one tank (the main) is 130 gallons and the aux is 120 gallons, I run only one tank at a time, I am using the aux first as I have both tanks full but my aux tank has older fuel and I want o use it first and then I will keep my main full and play with the amount in my aux tank...

I bet its the 02 sensor, I have the same year engines and those need to be cleaned, to replace them they cost about $300ea (from what I have heard ) but they do need to be cleaned. I just had mine cleaned.

No problem, Its not a heavy boat, I had mine towed from GA to Cal last year and it was a easy tow. Just make sure the tires on the trailer are good and are Radials tires. That boat towes really well.

Congrats on the new twin engine boat. Once you run Twin engines you will never go back to a single engine again no matter how high gas goes. Just to make you feel better, Gas at my Marina is now $5 dollars a Gallon and about to go higher. So run the hell out of your boat now.

Someone had a post on here a few weeks ago about asking price of a NEW GW up in Washington State? Listed the boat and the specs with the price (I think it was around 81k?) anyway some others posted about what they paid back east and some boat show prices? Can anyone find that post or link...

yep I had a 24 offshore 1990 with out the SV hull and she did pound. I would say the 25 sailfish would be a much better ride in any kind of weather. Bigger and wider and SV hull makes for a better ride. My 24 Offshore was nice and I did like it so if size matters its an easy boat to trailer...

JIT Gave me a can of T9 and swears by it, he told me to use once in awhile on the engines and I have and it seems to work well.

The Flush mount has a much better Look and Feel to it, and using a flush mount in fog or weather conditions is much better IMO.

Thanks, what about the Water Pumps? Did you change them as well? If so how long does it take and how much did the water pump cost?
