I did an extensive search last year and could not come up with an identical match. Some have said there are a bunch out there but not with the same bolt patterns. I eventually called Pompanette and there customer service said they could order the part but it was a crazy $. Something like $350...

'87 232 Gulfstream with twins and dual fuel tanks

There are many opinions on how to utiltize two tanks - since my tanks have 150 in one tan and 70 in the other I prefer to rub them both on one and then both on the second. To me it is too confusing to be monitoring 2 tanks at the same time .

    2005 300 Marlin for sale

They go pretty quick in NE if priced right. There are 3 or 4 major dealers in the region and most of them have little or no inventory of used GWs

    Backing into slip + fenders

I have Dock Hugr fenders on my slip - I remove them over the winter and clean them before storing. They are about 4 years old and still look great. The only downside to them - if you have a wind that is blowing you against them they be squeaky noisy.

    Backing into slip + fenders

I put these on my marina slip 5 years ago, Hull Hugr Marina Bumper, Docking Boat Bumpers. I take them off during the winter and they work great and are as good as new. Still carry my fenders for docking elsewhere. I bought them on Amazon for about 30 bucks, noticed now they are 67 bucks.

    Fuel gauge not working

The fuel gauge not working could just be the fuel sender. It is an easy job as long as you put the new one in the exact same orientation as the original. It is easy to strip the screw hole if it is not exact. Take a pictue and not the position of the wire on the sender or draw a line on the old...

    Hypothetically..would you rather

I went from a New Seafarer to a New Gulfstream and lastly to a 4 year old Sailfish (in great condition). The transition from the 22 to 23 Gulfstream was dramatic in terms of stabilty and ride. The Gulfstream was of the SV2 hull design and had the wide beam. The Sailfish is a great boat and also...

My hot water heater died after 19 years and I am considering replacing it. The question I have, has anyone replaced a heater on a 04 Sailfish and if so how the heck did you get the old one out.
