    Dead outlet?

They are not switched. I have 4 Aux Switches. I used one for my spotlight, and later today I am going to use another one for another set of 12V & USB Outlets. They are hot wired, active when the batteries are switched on. I found the chart in the manual, but no diagram. It says it is...

    Dead outlet?

Sorry about the typos... It's a 2004, port side. The other side works. I looked in the manual and parts manual both before posting, no help in identifying where or which fuse/breaker. No power behind the outlet, it is out in the picture. I replaced it with a new outlet since the old one was...

    Dead outlet?

So, the port 12V outlet is dead on my 2004 282 Sailfish. I checked every fuse and reset every breaker. I have no idea how the wires are routed. Ideas? The gauge is just on there temporarily to test for current.

Use Fresh Water System To Flush Outboard

Hate to dredge up an old thread, but I am planning a fresh water tank flushing system for dual Yami 225s. Planning a single tap from the fresh water system, into a Y valve so that it is only flushing one motor at a time. Do y'all think the stock fresh water pump puts out enough pressure to...

    State shut downs and marinas

I was at my marina yesterday. They are remaining open. You have to remember, people live on boats, boats develop problems and need repairs. If not repaired, they could sink. I would call that an essential business.

    Replacement Wiper Motor?

I have searched and cannot find what I need... My Port Wiper Motor is out on my 2004 GW 282 Sailfish, and I need a replacement. They all seem to be shaped the same, but I need to be sure of the wipe pattern, park, etc. The part number on the sticker is WWF-12C16-1020. The owner's manual...

    Won't pull from auxiliary tank

2002 282 Sailfish. Aux tank is full. When I switch over to auxiliary tank, the fuel gage switches over and reads the tank level, but the fuel is still pulling from the main tank. I ran for hours on the auxiliary tank but it never used a drop, but nearly sacked the main dry... What should I be...

    New Grady as of today

Yeah, it's tight, that's why I was considering getting rid of the passenger side helm chair... Well, it's tight for us fat boys anyway, and when I gotta get from the helm to the trolling lines quick or from the stern to the helm quick, I am always hanging up on the daggum arms of the chairs, and...

    Toe Rail Replacements

My toe rails are cracked and busted to the point they need replaced. Does GW sell a direct replacement, or would I need to cut and rout them myself? What kind of material is that, and where do you buy it? Also, I need a replacement piece for the top of the bottom electronics box, somebody...
