Went to fill one of two tanks over the weekend and my primary kept shutting off like something was blocking the gas fill tube. Opted to move to auxiliary tank and filled fine. Need to go back to marina and see what’s up with main fuel fill line. Any words of wisdom?
Wanted to put my two cents in although not the ocean. Today we opted to take 2000 GW232 from VT to NY to play golf. Ride over approximately 20 miles and was uneventful. Great day golfing (nothing better than pulling up to dock to golf course) and finished with Gin and Tonics. Took pictures and...
Not sure if all years are the same but I have a 2000 GW 232 and could measure for you. Not sure of the value as I ended up leaving down (back rest for lower area) which gives more room on the cabin.
Looks nice. We use the Washdown after nearly every fish and not sure carrying one more thing back and forth will work for us. Going to check with my sons on their thoughts. My first thought is we go out on a whim and the flooring might be at home while we are on the road. Doesn’t help my dad...
Like the bunks for peace of mind. Recently saw boat with rollers land in back of truck when stopping quickly. Could be a host of other things but for me will take bunk every time.
Looking for thoughts. Have 2000 GW 232 and the rear deck has become very slippery. I have had three years and never applied wax or cleaner with wax to floor and concerned my 83 year old dad is going to slip grabbing a rod. The non-slip flooring still has the diamond groves so not sure why...
I head to the OBX on Friday with family so not going to get much done for another two weeks. My second hobby outside of boating and fishing is woodworking do have the tools. boat goes in for the season on the first Saturday in May. Pressure on!
I might be convinced to take to someone to repair as I do think it is fixable. Will take off in the fall when I will not care how long it takes to get back. Need to go fishing!
Thanks everyone for your advice.
Had to order elsewhere as both my wife and I liked the looks of the black but with young kids we were worried about them sitting and possible burning their butts. Went with seafoam to match other hatches and doors. Will be here next Saturday and then the fun begins. Hope I can do nearly as well...
I have 2000 Gulfstream 232 and thinking of replacing pulpit. Kind of beat up and I am not a fiberglass guy. Assume GW uses same pulpit on different models but not sure. Where have others gotten their replacements?
