Thanks, already removed the handle to the seacock. Yeah during researching I did see some that said the Oil discharge placard was for boats with enclosed engines. I do not have a generator.

The surveyor listed that my 282 required placards (oil Discharge Prohibited, Garbage Discharge, and Waste Discharge). Do you all have these on your boats? Is this something the coast guard looks for?

We pulled the non-working frig and have a lot of space there for a tool box.

You can put the cursor on them and the name shows, you can select it, and change or delete them.

man this is exactly what I want to do on our 282. It'd be cool if you had the measurements for the aluminum mount. Also, the batteries are were I figured I'd mount them. How did you deal with the slope in that compartment for the battery brackets?
