I had those eBay decals before and they are very good. But when my boat was waxed the wax also contained compound and the blue came off to reveal the gold under it. I'm not sure if the current ones would have the same issue or just don't wax the decals.

definitely try Seel's Outboard (843) 556-2742 for Grady white decals. I got this tip from another member and they are excellent. Not cheap. But excellent.

well there is not a lock ring behind it that I can see. when I try to unscrew the hex end the entire shaft including the press button spins and there is no way for me to anchor it although now it reacts a bit better. where do I find CRC 56? I used to have it and I cant find in on Amazon, etc.

It's the head of the freshwater nozzle. It's sticky and I've tried soaking it. How do you get to the insides??

I have a pair of Interstate Group 24 going on the 4th season and they both measure good. I will say that even 2 group 24 adds a bunch of weight to the back of my 228.

I think there are 2 variables here are: 1-skillset of the user 2- the heat-gun If the user has not used a heat-gun much or moves the gun tip too close to the gelcoat, the result will be a burn and perhaps a surface that is no longer flat Also some heat-guns are like a hair dryer and not very...

I would avoid the heat gun and second the plastic razor blade. GooGone helps..
