Do I have to buy the whole mechanism or just the rubber insert or something else??

It's a 16 inch wiper from a 228

Ancho 52-16 truck blade. You may have to move the bracket over. I’ve purchased them with and without the bracket. Seems like you won’t know what you are getting until the package shows up.

I was looking yesterday for a replacement for my small boat and noticed two things; Many ANCO 52 model blades are back ordered AND nobody caries the size I need which is a 10 inch:) I am looking for a replacement insert or just the rubber. In the past I had to do get a longer refill, cut to size and reuse the metal 'frame' of the original blade holder ( not the arm)

There are listings on EBay for ridiculous prices for refills. Don' fall for that.

Just checked again, 52-16 is unavailable on Amazon. Also note that the 55-16 has a different mounting arrangement that is not compatible with your arm

That's good to know. I am disappointed a bit. I was waiting for a 'sale' on the other 5!
