I'm replacing the deck drain hoses on my 265, also going to be adding a high water alarm. I'm thinking of adding a backup aft bilge pump, but wondering where a good place to mount it? I was maybe thinking of the platform where the oil tanks used to be, but wondering if that would be to high? Or...

That right there is the reason I sold my aluminum North River last year and bought the 265. After 7 years of running for albacore in the North River, last year we got the crap beat out of us on a run out. Wasn't that it was unsafe conditions, just sloppy. I said enough is enough.

Hmm, I'll have to look again, but I'm 99% certain the base of poles were different between one another. Unless there is an insert to the base that stuck to one?

I haven't used mine yet on the 265, as I have to rerig them. But when I was looking at them, the base of the poles are different on each side. Like they are side specific.

Also considering the high water alarm, is there one that is recommended?

Can it just be glued back into place? The load is spread across the width of the panel. I'd probably epoxy it back together and run it.
