Small screws near the weep holes and then push up. You'll see how easy they are to recover when you get em off. Monel staples, fabric and foam. Can get the fabric, foam and other stuff online.
Ask for pics and do your dilligence with short time members or few posts. There have been scammers here before...
I'd def contact A&J. They do them for GW and will know the boat.
My experience with the website is in the middle of the two above. A tad slow and expensive. I did a custom logo with a local shop and had my own sweatshirts done.
Slip is locked in, cover off and this upcoming week the wash, wax and bottom paint to begin. We're finally having some nice weather so gotta take advantage of it.
They were a custom resin transfer molded part made by GW. I think your best bet may be to go see a cabinet maker and see if you can have one fabricated out of a starboard like material or maybe wood.
Most I've seen are from the outside. The glass is cut around the outer edge of the transom and removed in a single piece. You'll have the wood core right there and easy to access at that point. There are a few vids on the net and on this site. Maybe search and get some ideas,
Two ideas. See if there is a local prop shop where you can test a few different ones out, then buy the one that performs best. 2nd is to check the GW website and see if there are any performance bulletins on the model. If so, they will highlight what was likely shipped from the factory.
First thing I'd do is get the HIN and send info along to GW Cust Service. They should be able to tell you how it is built as well as best way to locate and clean it out.
