I got mine swapped out thus weekend. What a pain. Standing on a ladder outside the transom was able to do it by feel. I replaced the hose and added a new thru hull for the high water pump right beside the one for the bilge pump.

I don’t think they were close enough to the corner that’s why I put them in the center. I also will pull the rear rods off clips on the transom sometimes.

15% vs 0 was so my Wife and grand kids could use them with straight but rods. Never thought about putting them in front of boat. Not sure how you could do that. They are pointed straight out the side. They will only be used for bottom fishing not trolling or rod storage.

I got all 4 out without cutting the deck. I wound up ordering the exact same ones I took out . I’m so over budget right now I’m just trying to wrap it up and get it in the water.

I have all 4 removed now. Really don’t want to go to dealer. Anybody have a link for some on line ? Thanks

Just replacing floor drains. I can’t reach the thru hulls on the starboard side. The hoses and clamps actually look and feel pretty good. The thru hulls on the side of the hull are SS. I would like to find some in stainless but not having much luck. If anybody has a source post it up thanks.

I think the port side looks to be pretty easy. I’ve got the boat tore apart right now. Mine has the gas generator so don’t have to pull the tank .

It’s a ventilation hose off the rear side vents. I knew it was there

One good thing about drilling the transom is now I know 100% it’s dry as a bone. I plan on keeping it that way also.

I added 2 lee 15 degree swivel rod holders. I centered them between the 2 already there. Cut the holes and put 2 coats of resin to seal the core. My plan when I get home from thanksgiving vacation is to use 3-M 4200 to install them.
