All Good advise ,thank you. I will dig in and inspect all of this . I do also have some slight swelling in the top center of the transom. The hull surveyor states that the transom is sound. I do plan on sealing the top of the transom up and addressing any bad laminate found.

I am also looking to add a Marine A/C with reverse Heat. I scanned the threads for details but came up a bit short. Finisher,did you actualy install one? If so how did it go. Marin aire ,webasto and Dometic seem to be the top players. I will be running 110 v shore power and maybe a Honda eu2000...
