The boat is in Falmouth MA. The lines I pulled out were all very flexible and I checked all 4 and didn't see any cracks even when I bent them. I didn't yet do the lines from the selector valve to the primer bulb and I suspect that UV has affected them. That's a project for another day!

BTW I've had the boat for 11 years and I'm the 2nd owner. The 1st owner didn't do much to the boat so the fuel lines are likely as they were rigged at the factory.

I'm seeing the same exact issues with my 2004 265 - flanges gone and some corrosion. Aside from using brass have you found other options? What diameter are they? (I'm away from the boat so I can't check for a while). One more thing on the list!

I used them for my Starboard electronics flush mount panel, using my template. They did excellent work and quick response. Highly recommend as well!

I was told that documenting a new boat in MA would avoid the sales tax (since it's not registered with the state), but that turned out not to be correct. Took them a few years but they hunted me down and I had to pay the tax plus interest. Something to consider.
