Mine was 3,500 in 2022- This was removing twin engines and glassing over the applying the vinyl cap. I assume your boat is single engine, it sounds reasonable

Grady White Dealers have the vinyl reopen placement - I had mine done last year. They also glassed over the open gap before applying the new cap - looks great and double sealed.

Aside from tho pump I have 2 other issues with live wells not pumping. Once we a sandbar and somebody switched the live well on and the hose got jammed with sand. second time an eel got in the pickup. Most times it either you seacock closed on the pump is gone which as stated os an easy swap out

The Sunbrella fabric today is far superior to what was avaialble 15-20 years ago. We used to have constant mildew issues. Theare easy to cl new Sunbrella zero issues and stains are easy cleanup with a wet cloth
