I have had the same issue on my old boat (77 sea ray center console) I used a magic eraser first and if that did not take all of it out I used a bit of rubbing compound and allot of elbow grease. I think it will be a bit harder to get out as gradys tend to be white compared to a yellow Sea Ray...
