Reducing Horsepower on a 376 Canyon??

Hi and looking for any first hand advice on reducing the horsepower on a GW 376 Canyon. My current "376" has Yam 350's X 3 and now thinking about upgrading the same boat, but the one I'm looking at has Yam 300's X 3. I'm not a top end boater, but I am somewhat concerned about the HP and/or...

    Canyon 376---getting the bow down

After using my GW Canyon 376 for almost 200 hours, I have found very few things that I really don't like about it, except when I'm running slow at sight-seeing speeds (5-10 MPH). At those speeds I find it hard to keep the bow down, even with the use of the trim tabs and changing the motor...

    Flag pole placement on a GW376 ?

I just put a new 376 Canyon in the water and realized it did not come with a US Flag or flag holder. If anyone has any ideas or suggestions as to where to put it or not put it, your comments are welcomed. I will not be doing a lot of fishing with this boat, so that might help with your thought...

Starting early...and advice on the L.I., NY area?

I'm looking for advice on hopefully getting my GW 376 into the water, maybe as early as March 15-30th? I really don't need warm weather and can handle 50-60 degrees on the low end, but certainly would want light winds and friendly water, and plan to spend 4-5 days to hopefully get the required...

GW 376 Canyon---Canvas covers for the helm

I'm wondering if any GW owners with the Canyon model have ever had some type of a full cover made to enclose the helm area. I'm not sure it the 376 Canyon is physically set up to have a custom cover made for it. I do a lot of cold weather boating in northern NY and I think a full enclosure...
