    Window molding

Someone had posted this material a while ago and I used it on my side windows to seal thee joint between window and old seal. It was a successful fix. Not sure if it will work for your problem, but it comes in other widths it could work. Very sticky stuff. Pres-On P8206RL00.50XOH Neoprene Foam...

Charleston, SC (any Marlin owners in the area?)

What type of canvas are you looking for? My boat is in Mystic CT and there is a local canvas maker that did an excellent job on a cockpit cover for my 2004 Marlin. If interested I can send you the contact information.

    Foot switches for windlass?

Just had to replace my Lewmar windlass this spring. They make a compatible remote control that works well. I think there are some manufacturers whose controls are generic And can be retrofitted To other windlasses. my control is mounted at the helm area and we bring it up to the pulpit when...

    Vacu Flush Duck Bill Replacement

My pump went bad and I had to replace it. The pump is accessible from the port side panel in the aft cabin of the 2004 Marlin. This pump is different from the macerator pump, if you have one. When replacing the pump I also did the duckbills on both sides of the pump. The job was not too bad...

    Marlin aux fuel fill

Had the same problem this past weekend in my 2004 Marlin. Filled and topped off the main tank nicely. Went to fill the aux tank and based on my calculations it should have taken at least 70 gallons. I could only get 10 gallons in. It backed up and gas came out the fill spout a few times...

    Considering 2004 Marlin purchase

I am the second owner of a 2004 Marlin that developed headliner cracks after I purchased the boat. A Grady rep has repaired the cracks and you would never know they were there. No charges. It did take a while for them to get to my area of the country.

    Repowering 2004 Marlin

Thanks everyone for the great information. After a discussion with one mechanic today it appears that the computer mapping for the Yamaha 250 and 300 differs only at high rpm. I wasted coming out of the hole and cruising would be similar with both models. The benefits for the 300 come in if...

    30 Marlin

I made contact directly through Grady White and they put me on a list. The repair crew that visited my boat travels around the country and into Canada. It took about a year for them to come to Connecticut. I have not been charged anything. Rep was very knowledgeable about the boat and...

    30 Marlin

There is wood in the 2004. I just had a Grady warrantee representative on my 2004 Marlin this week and he stated there is wood in the pulpit. walk around and other areas. By the way, the rep was there for headliner repair and he was great. Did a great job on five small headliner cracks...
