Had planned on replacing the tilt. Current helm pump/tilt have been upgraded. Not sure if existing tilt will fit/work with the new pump. Good question because the existing tilt seems fine.

Don't have auto pilot, but do have the electric assist steering pump. Standard equipment on the 330. Basically power steering.

After complete diagnostics, helm pump needs replacement (Seastar tilt helm 2.4 Considering doing the install. Mechanically inclined, but no mechanic. Im being counseled that the replacement is pretty easy. Will likely have to remove the electronics console in order to get at back of the pump...

Follow-up: Spoke with Grady Customer Service and received tech support. The whole plastic assembly (outer frame and attached louvers) comes off in one piece.....attached to inner assembly by 4 detents. It's a little different than the cabin intake where only the louvers come out. Problem solved.

The cold air intake for helm AC appears to have a dirt/dust filter which is positioned behind the square louvered vent assembly. Trying to figure out how to remove the filter. The cold air intake for the cabin AC has an easily removable louvre panel. Helm assemble seems different. Has anyone...

Navtronics out of York, Maine. Did a total refit from Raymarine to Garmin. Kept the Raymarine FLIR.

We were initially concerned that it may get too hot, but we are finding that it's not an issue. The enhanced visibility is amazing!
