Wow those numbers are disappointing to say the least. A friend of mine has the 300's on his 33 express with much better results than yours.

Question ? Does one really need a CL5 if they have a 3 gauge set up (one for each engine and the one illustrating fuel burn etc) ??

... yep , 4 gunnel mounted and maybe 2 of those side mounted would be useable in a trolling spread, other than that you need a rocket launcher taking up room in the cockpit to troll additional rods. that doesn't leave any room for a cooler to make up for the deficit of space in that smaller fish...

There was a four rod rocket launcher on mine when I purchased it used. The engines will tilt all the way up without touching it. Whoever installed it used only lag bolts. I was able to access and replace 6 of the 8 lags with thru bolts and washers which is plenty in my estimation to secure it...
