How did you take the hinge out?

So, my son went to close the side window and pushed it out a little while we were doing 30min and the bracket broke and window flew out to the Atlantic Ocean. I am in south jersey if anyone has a recommended place to fix, or a place to call that can help me out

I removed the microwave couple years ago to get a little storage spot, but everytime I go into ocean that area gets wet. I can not figure out how and where it is coming from? Ideas?
