Thanks for the input guys, much appreciated. One thing on our side is the boat itself only had 150 hours on it when we repowered so the hull itself is in great shape. we knew it would be a loss repowering. No surprise there. At the time it was easier to find a new 200 than a power head.

Depending how fast you intend to pay it off, lightstream is a good resource. Usually takes 24 hours for approval and money is distributed next day. I have used them 4 times now with success.
