I have seen the 42 Boston Whaler with quad 350s above the $1 million mark a few times. I figured Grady is waiting for larger engines so they dont need to go to quads.

Two people on another forum mentioned a 42/45ft new model to be release at the 2018 Miami boat show. Any truth to these rumors? I figure it will coincide perfectly with a new 350hp+ Yamaha outboard. If anyone knows about it I figured it would be you guys.

The lightest engine that size is the 2006 (late year made) 175hp Johnson carb for $8800, a couple Evinrude dealer here on LI still have them. You can still find them left over. The 140hp Suzuki 4 stroke is also not a bad choice if you can live with a 23-24mph cruise.
