I have a 96 voyager that the plexiglass accidentally got broken and would like to know if it can be replaced? It’s the hatch on top of the cuddy forward toward the bow pulpit. Has anyone ever had this issue and replaced the plexiglass without without replacing the entire unit.

I have never had trouble filling mine and it takes water with the hose wide open. I’ve also never noticed any vent. Maybe as someone suggested the hose diameter is cutting off the vent around the intake. The cap on mine is the same as on the gas fills.

I have always wanted auto pilot but had a hard time justifying the cost. I finally pulled the trigger and installed it. Now that I have used it a few times I can say I absolutely love it. When you run 50 or 60 miles round trip only people with AP know how relaxing it is.

Glass is cracked on fold over part of my hatch going into the cuddly cabin. To save having to pay for a new one which would most likely have to be customized I sandwiched the crack between two walnut boards that I cut out and finished.

I also fish Big Bend and use a grapple anchor . I hang often but have it connected at bottom and tie wrap to top. I break the ties and pull the anchor backwards. I still keep a spare though.

Change buddies or make a shoreline walker if his boat is ever down.

I would be completely satisfied with that flotation!

The plastic or plexiglass hatch going into my cabin has a crack a few inches long. I try to be carful as not to make it worse. Has anyone had any luck repairing this so it doesn’t look like a t*rd in a punch bowl. I thought about the stuff that you use a light to cure.
