Just noticed the gasket on windshield now has a small gap. (Not sure what happened) any thoughts on quick fixes? Trying to get the boat in this week. Thanks in advance.

It's usually shrinkage and very common. The quickest fix and simplest is to apply some black silicon caulk.

Apply some masking tape to the metal molding and the inside area where you don't want the silicon to go and then caulk. Wait about 10 minutes and carefully peel away at an angle the excess caulk. If you can't find black silicon in the box stores, you can use black RTV from an auto store.
