JB...my sailfish already has a windlass.....but does your manufacturer have a schematic for the model you intend to install?...is it an exact location you're looking for?..the biggest deal would be to have the proper amount of backing to minimize flex while pulling up the anchor....a small plate of aluminum from the inside will do nicely.....the rest should be straight forward drilling holes, wiring and sealing...
