Cushions... it's probably a VERY long shot to find good used ones. Just get them made locally at an upholsterer.
Cupholders? Those are a dime a dozen at nearly any halfway decent marine store near you. If you don't want to go local, just measure the size of the hole and match it up to anything online.

John, my mother has a 2000 192 and we have been looking for a center windshield. I'm not sure if the size is the same, but would be willing to share dimensions if you would want to sell that part? I'm in Allentown, PA and also near Rockland, ME this coming weekend.

The above comment appears to be a scam as his profile shows that he owns a Sailfish but is parting out a 192 Tournament? He's also replied to two other ads of different models asking if anyone has parts, etc.
