The section of floor above the spare tank compartment (without a tank) has a few soft spots in it. I took the screws out along with the caulk. I'm looking for some advice on how to get the section of floor up so that I can get it fixed. Any help would be appreciated. Pic of the floor attached. Thanks!

The only thing holding it down is the screws and caulk. Since you removed the screws, it means you haven't cut through enough of the caulk, yet. And/or pull up harder or wedge it out.
There are tons of posts here and on the net about hatch repair. Tons and tons. There's no difference in what to do based on the brand of boat so don't let that stop you from research. And, there's really nothing new to talk about, either. Like BNL said, "It's all been done before".
