1989 Sailfish Parts

Hello all,
I own a 1989 25' Sailfish and I am in need of some parts. I need to replace the bow pulpit as it has delaminated and I need to replace the engine dam door as my son managed to lift the engines through it. Any thoughts on where to buy suitble replacements or used parts woruld be very welcome.

The pulpit can be rebuilt and actually built better than the factory. The fold-down trancom cover can be made from Nida-Core.

Find a boat restorer in your area and visit them with photos, standard type work you are referring too.

If you are a DIYer and have time you can recreate a new pulpit from scratch using the one you now have as a form.
If the rebuilder foresees a problem based on how Grady built it vs. what your expectations are for longeveity in the repairs, and the rebuilder quotes four figures for a new replica pulpit, come back here or see if Grady has a replacement pulpit for sale - at your local GW dealer you can inquire.

I would contact GW and ask if the new style pulpits will fit on your sailfish.
