1992 GW Seafarer 22 Trim Tab Instalation

I was hoping someone has installed trim tabs on a GW Seafarer and could help me in the placement of the tabs. I have seen other installs where they say 3 to 4 inches from the edge of the boat, but these boats don't have the hull design as the GW.

What's different about the transom? Post a picture? I've done countless numbers of these - typically just follow the manufacturer's directions - but you basically just don't want to be too close to the chine.

Yup, that's a very normal hull. Mount it just inboard of the outer strake. I know Bennett has good directions - it should explain/show that. I'm not sure about other brand's directions, but it's all basically the same.... a plate mounted on a hull.
