I do believe that all Grady seats of that era were made by Pompanette. So you might be able to try a google search for the Pompanette part you need. Or you can contact Pompanette directly. It may be the only route. It will surely be the more expensive route! Hopefully, pasted below is the info their service centers. Good luck.
