1994 Sailfish Freshwater system question

Hey guys, there is a freshwater "bucket faucet" for lack of a better term on the port side gunwale that is extremely old and crusty. Looking to replace or convert it into something better if someone has any ideas. Check out the pic and let me know what you think, thanks!

I have the same on my '95. Works fine, though I rarely have reason to use it.

I doubt that the freshwater pump would be able to support much else, unless your pump is newer or stronger than mine. Do you have the other standard items already, like the aft freshwater shower, cabin sink, and head sink/shower? Mine all run off the same pump.
