1999 209 Escape Seat cushions

I am looking for any/ all replacement cushions for my 1999 209 Escape.If I cannot find replacements, I would be interested in having new ones made. Any info would be appreciated.

just had 7 cushions made for my '96 209, and it costs me $700 in Jersey. Gave him the old ones for templates.
