Just bought this 1999 Grady White 263 with Twin Yamaha 150 four strokes (F150TXRC) off a friend who purchased it from the owner of PBMC in Pompano. I would appreciate any info and tips on this boat.

Question #1 Where is the Trim tab Box Location I looked in the center console which is where the lines appear to be running but couldnt find it.
Question #2 Should i Change just the pitted fins if I can get the Trim tab motor working or is it just better to change out the whole system?
Question #3 Im changing out the Internal Anodes (ZINCs) and they gave me different ones than what i pulled out. (just the anodes) Does the shape really matter ?? Maybe these are better ?
Question#4 Ran Rydlime through the motors and removed the lower units to run it from the intake tube and the Little Speedo Nipples broke off Does the extended Shaft portion of the Lower unit have those nipples too? (havent removed them yet)
Appreciate any HELP AND TIPS ON anything else. Thank YOU!!!

Good luck with the new boat.

I do not know where the trim tab pump is located. Others probably will know.
I am not sure what you are referring to regarding the pitted fins or the trim tab box??? Please explain.
The engine annodes don't have to be the same exact shape. Depending on how old they current ones are, you may not be able to tell what they originally looked like,

The fitting on the lower unit that the speedo hose plugs into if broken, has to be replaced. Note that to release the hose, you have to depress the ring on that fitting. Most everyone when dropping the LU for the first time, ends up busting something. If you don't need a speddo water line for the speedo, the fitting should be replaced with a plug. It should not be left 'open'

on mine it doesnt have a hose because it has an extended shaft lower unit extension part it basically just plugs the 2 parts together. i have the nipple but wasnt sure if i need to look at the other part looks like im gonna have to remove it to take a look.
The pitted fins are the actual tabs omn the back of the boat. juts all pitted and corroded they didnt have zincs on them.
