The engine covers on my 200 hpdi's have a decorative piece of thin fiberglass right where you grab hold of the cover to remove it. Over the years these pieces have broken off. I would like to remove what is remaining of the broken pieces and touch them up with paint. What is the best tool to use? Dremel? Where do I get paint to match?

Not sure if you will find a paint to match, Yamaha sells a touch up for the lower unit for that year and model, but I tried it and it did not match well, was darker in color. I was told you will not find a good match because there are many layers on there and a clear coat which you will likely not be doing. You could try and use the Grady spray and spray it onto something and brush it on to only ocver where you would like, but I don't know how much of a match it will actually be.
