2000 247 Advance center console

I HAVE A 2000 GW ADVANCE CC. I THINK I HAVE A LEAK IN THE FRESH WATER TANK. CAN I ACCESS THE TANK SOMEHOW TO REPAIR OR REPLACE? WHERE IS THE TANK? IT APPEARS TO BE IN THE BOW AREA SOMEWHERE BUT I HAVEN`T BEEN ABLE TO LOCATE OR ACCESS IT.

it’s in center console, bottom shelf, pull the panel in the back and it’s forward of that
