2000 seafarer

I am looking to purchase a 2000 228 seafarer, With a Yamaha 225
The Boat is Slipped and shows very little useage. This will be my first boat purchase. I am planning to have a mechanical survey and boat survey done.
Is there any other items i should Consider?
Does anyone know of a good survey near Charlestown SC

Consider a fiberglass boat builder or repair specialist. Fiberglass repair specialists know where and how to look for fiberglass problems a lot better than a general surveyor IMHO.
