2001 282 Sailfish w/ 200 HPDI best PROPS ?

Hi all, new member and new (to me) Grady owner.
As mentioned on my 282 I have twin 2001 HPDI Yamahas.
Can anyone recommend their beat props for this boat?
Looking for solid open water performance and best fuel economy.
There are many other little things I will be asking about as I get to them.
