I have a 2002 Tournament 223. The upper right and left corners of the original glove compartment door have developed a nice outward bow to them and are no longer flush. Any ideas on where to replace this door with some orginal equipment. It is the dark almost black smoked plexi material. Thanks for any tips.

have you tried replacing the gaskets around it? Same thing happened to my 228.

The gasket is OK. The plexiglass door corners themselves is what is curling and bowing outward pulling the gasket along with it. I inquired with Grady and they just pushed me towards the dealer who pushed me to Grady!

Remove the door and all hardware and put it on a clean cookie sheet, inside down, and place it in the oven at about 350 degrees for about 10 minutes or until you see it go flat. It will turn to rubber and just lay it on a flat surface ie. cutting board, to cool. Wear gloves because it will be HOT. If you don't get it flat the first time you've got many more tries.
